Some tricky problems

This is just an unordered list of issues that appear difficult to resolve, especially if everyone agrees they are difficult to resolve. On the other hand, if there is a view is that an issue is relatively easy to resolve then this claim should be made on a page of its own and criticised there by those who disagree.
